Do you ship internationally?
cureaquagel.com currently ship only to addresses within the United States, US Territories, and US Armed Forces.
When will my order ship?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information will be sent by email at time of shipment. In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Shipping times depend on the type of shipping selected at checkout.
Free shipping (on orders of $50 or more):
Orders of $50 or more will be shipped at no charge using standard shipping methods. (Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after shipment.)
Orders under 1 lb are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. (Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after shipment.)
USPS Priority Mail - No weight restrictions. (Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days after shipment.)
Please Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier circumstances beyond our control. Delivery to addresses outside the contiguous United States may take up to 2 to 3 business weeks.

Our products are appropriate for all skin types including sensitive skin.
Can you send me samples?
Yes! Customers receive a free sample with every purchase. We also offer samples if you are unsure if our products are right for you (one per customer please). Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on cureaquagel.com and through authorized partnerships. We’re also not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through cureaquagel.com.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of Cure skincare is only for your personal use. By purchasing Cure skincare, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
how do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement via our toll-free number 1-833-278-2435 between the hours of 9am - 6pm PST, Monday - Friday. We will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Once an order is processed we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped out.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us at 1-833-278-2435 or email@example.com. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions, and the return shipping address. Only products purchased on www.cureaquagel.com may be returned.
What’s your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return or exchange process.
Products purchased from Cure Online must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, and be in new or gently used condition.
All returns and exchanges are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Cure Online purchases can be returned by mail with our pre-paid shipping labels. We regret to inform you that the original shipping costs associated with your order are not eligible for refunds.
Cure Online is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Please Note: Only items purchased on www.cureaquagel.com may be accepted for a return or an exchange. If you purchased your Cure product(s) at one of our authorized retailers and/or Amazon, please contact them for assistance and return your items to the place of purchase.
