Cure Online Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to support@cureaquagel.com to begin the return or exchange process.

Products purchased from Cure Online must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, and be in new or gently used condition.

All returns and exchanges are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Cure Online purchases can be returned by mail with our pre-paid shipping labels. We regret to inform you that the original shipping costs associated with your order are not eligible for refunds.

Cure Online is not responsible for returned items lost during transit. 

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Please Note: Only items purchased on www.cureaquagel.com may be accepted for a return or an exchange. If you purchased your Cure product(s) at one of our authorized retailers and/or Amazon, please contact them for assistance and return your items to the place of purchase.

 

Return & Exchange Instructions

Please contact us at 1-833-278-2435 or support@cureaquagel.com. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions, and the return shipping address. Only products purchased on www.cureaquagel.com may be returned.

Print It - Print the label from your email.

Pack It - Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Ship It - Take the package to any USPS location.

Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing. Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed. When an exchange is requested it is completed in two steps:

1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange. Two transactions will be posted to your account; a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange.

 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance by phone at 1-833-278-2435 or via email at support@cureaquagel.com. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle it with care to take a photo of the damaged item(s), and then safely discard the damaged contents.

 

Note: Cure Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, or missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Cure Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
