Returns & Exchanges

Our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy applies ONLY to items purchased through the website, operated by Toyo Life Service International Inc. Return and exchange requests will be accepted up to fourteen (14) days after delivery as reported by tracking information. No return or exchange requests will be accepted beyond this 14-day period.

Samples are included with your order. Please use these samples BEFORE opening your purchased item.

To be eligible for return, items must be in NEW, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition.

Replacement/exchange is made only for items that are defective or damaged, and only for the same item as originally purchased.
We monitor return activity for abuse, and Toyo Life Service International Inc. reserves the right to refuse and/or limit returns and exchanges based on previous return activity.

A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Use this return label on your return package. If possible, please use the original box and packing materials, removing any original labels.

Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will notify you at this time of any rejection of your return. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for return confirmation.

Refunds will be issued via credit to your original purchase method within two (2) business days of approval.
Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return was a result of our error.
If you do not receive your refund, please first contact your payment service, bank or credit card company, as there may be additional processing time before your refund is posted.

Exchange items will be shipped immediately upon confirmation of return of defective or damaged items. Depending on your location, delivery time of your exchanged item may vary.
