What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order and applies ONLY to items purchased through the cureaquagel.com website, operated by Toyo Life Service International Inc. Returns and exchanges request will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery as reported by tracking information.
Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. To be eligible for return, items must be in NEW, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition. Samples are included with your order. Please use these samples BEFORE opening your purchased item.
How do I place a return?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will notify you at this time of any rejection of your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks for return confirmation.
When do I receive a refund?
A refund will be issued via credit to your original purchase method within 2 business days of approval. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Cure you ordered!
Can I exchange the product?Exchanges and replacements are made only for items that are defective or damaged, and only for the same item as originally purchased.
