How can I find out more information about a product?
You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, let us know by emailing support@cureaquagel.com.
What skin types are Cure skincare suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types including sensitive skin.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of Cure skincare is only for your personal use. By purchasing Cure skincare, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on cureaquagel.com and through authorized partnerships. We’re also not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through cureaquagel.com.

How can I update my order?
Please email support@cureaqauagel.com as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order, including address changes.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped out.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one Cure Aqua Gel promo code per order.
How can I cancel my order?
Please email support@cureaqauagel.com as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate your request or help find an alternative solution.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States, US Territories and to US Armed Forces.
When will my order ship?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information will be sent by email at time of shipment. In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via support@cureaquagel.com.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Shipping times depend on the type of shipping selected at check out.
Standard shipping:
Orders under 1 lb are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. (Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days after shipment.)
All other orders are shipped by FedEx SmartPost. (Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days after shipment.)
Derivery to addresses outside the contiguous United States may take additional time.
Free shipping (on orders of $50 or more):
Orders of $50 or more will be shipped at no charge using standard shipping methods.
Priority shipping:
USPS Priority Mail - No weight restrictions. (Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days after shipment.)
Derivery to addresses outside the contiguous United States may take additional time.
*Please not that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier circumstances beyond our control. Delivery to addresses outside the contiguous United States may take up to 2 to 3 business weeks.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@cureaquagel.com as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
For international shipments, we recommend visiting our iHerb, one of our authorized resellers, at www.iherb.com.
Billing
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Please check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
